My first acquaintance was with Matt Richmond's iVictrola. It is still at the top of my list, largely due to the brassy distortion. All of the sort use simple principles of amplification in order to achieve their resonance, hence wireless.

Minus earbuds, of course.

Taschen Books is releasing it's large-format edition of Walton Ford: Pancha Tantra next month.

Large-format wallets were a prerequisite of previous editions.

Ms. Bickford-Smith's hardback classics for Penguin sold exclusively through Waterstone last fall, regrettably i missed my chance. They have taken up residence as my laptop's wallpaper, but - Egad!- there is a reprint on the horizon! The lovelies are scheduled to hit the shelves of the U.S. in late October.
